There’s something special about a front door that makes you pause before you even knock.
For this holiday install, we wanted the very first moment of arrival to feel cozy, classic, and quietly magical—like a warm welcome wrapped in evergreen and velvet ribbon.
Set against a bold black door and crisp white exterior, this entry came to life with layers of fresh garland, rich red details, and soft golden tones woven throughout.
A lush wreath, finished with poinsettia and pinecones, anchors the door and instantly sets the tone: traditional, timeless, and full of heart.
A Closer Look at the Holiday Layers ❤️
We focused on building depth through texture and symmetry while keeping the overall look clean and intentional:
- Full cedar garland framing the doorway for a natural, draped effect
- Hand-placed red velvet ribbon and gold ornaments for warmth and contrast
- Oversized lanterns with pillar candles to add a cozy evening glow
- Classic poinsettias and mini evergreens grounding the porch with color and structure
- Subtle roofline lights tying the entire exterior together
In the front yard, pops of red and greenery guide the eye toward the porch, creating a seamless transition from the walkway to the front door.
